GTB Development LLC is incredibly exciting to launch a historic project that will finally complete the unfinished section of Yerevan’s iconic Cascade and directly connect it to the Mother Armenia Monument, especially with the involvement of French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who’s known for his expertise in creating spaces that blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
Reviving the Heart of the City
The integration of modern infrastructure while maintaining architectural harmony between the old and new Cascade is also a brilliant way to preserve the historic significance of the area while giving it a contemporary upgrade.
All newly constructed buildings will be fully equipped with modern infrastructure and technology. Once completed, they will become public property — a gift for generations to come.
Cascade Cultural Hub
The milestone of the Project is the Cascade Cultural Hub. The key features of this Cultural Hub will include are:

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL COMPLEX
Alongside with restoration of the existing Cascade structure, GTB Development’s transformative project focuses on development of a new multi-functional complex at the right side of Cascade. With Jean-Michel Wilmotte at the helm, the architectural harmony between the old and new should be quite striking.
The entire Project is expected to complete within the next five years. The cultural and urban renewal of a city can have a profound impact on Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.
